The result has been an exacerbation of racial tensions and the erasure of much of the progress we\u2019ve made over the last century. Matt Kibbe sits down with Ilya Shapiro, author of \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/a.co\/d\/22NTJRU\" target=\"_blank\">Lawless: The Miseducation of America\u2019s Elites<\/a>,\u201d to talk about how Shapiro was canceled over a tweet about Kamala Harris, despite making a legitimate point about merit-based hiring. Shapiro explains how these ideas came to capture academia and the danger of allowing bureaucratic institutions to infect and ultimately tear down the pillars of Western civilization, such as free
